Analysis sheet | Problem solving - write down the information you know and then offset that with details that you query or need to know |
Research checklist | Date or tick research and archive data for individuals therefore not duplicating research |

Census Summary | A census summary for information relating to indivicuals found in census returns |
Correspondence log | A quick glance log tick. Fill in when writing and when replies are received and saves duplicating letters thus saving on postage |
Family group sheet | A self explanitory form to fill in parent and child information |

Inquiry form | A basic form for enclosing when writing to family members for information. Please be patient and verify all information that is sent to you in this way- family memories can be vague to say the least and sometimes have only the slightest connection with fact. Always include a letter saying why you are doing this. Older family members don't always like the idea of people, even the extended family, prying and enclose a stamped addressed envelope or the equivelant for your reply |
Pedigree Chartrt | Numbered pedigree chart with facility for continuation sheets as your generations grow. Includes name, born, place, married, place, died, place |
Fan Pedigree Chart | A4 sheet chart with name, BMD and spouse |
Relationship Chart | A basic chart to determine relationships to other relatives |
Family Tree/Siblings | A useful tree, not only giving parents, grandparents and great grandparents but also allowing you to include siblings for each generation. You can also add a number and continue the generations. I've been looking for a tree for years to do this, so decided to do one myself and include it with the forms for all to use as a good general working sheet Add your main line closest to the marriage symbol, this allows you to add some/all siblings of the parents, grandparents etc. Very useful when taking information from one source to another. |
